Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms featuring a separate kitchenette. The service could have been more accommodating to our needs for a large room. The location was convenient, just a short walk to downtown Canmore, but the noise could have been handled more professionally. The dining options were limited, but the complimentary breakfast was fast and delicious.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious enough for our family of four, with a couch and an additional TV. It was quiet, which was nice. However, it was not easy to get to and there was a persistent smell of cigarettes in the room. The pillows, covers, and sheets were also smelly, indicating they might not have been properly washed or the laundry soap used was not effective.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were awesome and cozy, with a separate bedroom from a living space that had everything I needed including a small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. The service was incomparable, and Orrin truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel was clean everywhere I went, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the inconsistent service experience.
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, perfect for our family of 6 at a good price. The service was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, easy to reach the town center, though train noise was a minor disturbance. The dining options were pricey but delicious. Facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were wonderful with a couch and an extra TV, but the strong smell of cigarettes in the linens was off-putting. The staff, however, were extremely helpful and accommodating. Despite good service, the location was slightly marred by noise from the nearby train tracks. The dining was hit or miss, with very good options but a disappointing complimentary breakfast.
The hotel is right next to a railroad, which can be noisy with trains passing frequently, but the rooms were surprisingly well-equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, and they were meticulously clean, exceeding our expectations. The service was distant but not unfriendly, and there were concerns about staff behavior. The location, despite the noise from the nearby railroad, is close to essential amenities like gas stations and restaurants, providing easy access to the Legacy Trail for biking. The dining experience was subpar, with limited breakfast choices, and the atmosphere was not ideal.
